This Plumbing Works at Height Including the use of Ladders Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with plumbing works at height and the use of ladders

This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:

·          Working at heights greater than 2m

Additional controls are included for job planning, checking work environment for existing hazards, unloading equipment and materials, manual handling, use of ladders to access work areas at height, use of harnesses, installation of roofing and facia handrails, loading of plumbing materials onto the roof, installation of pipework, emergency situations and environmental hazards.
