This Roofing & Cladding Works Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with roofing and cladding works.
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Working at heights greater than 2m
· Working near liver overhead power lines
Additional controls are included for checking work environment for existing hazards, manual handling, unloading equipment and materials, accessing upper levels, use of power tools, use of platform ladders, use of mobile scaffold, slips, trips and falls, emergency situations and exposure to harmful weather conditions.
