This Operation of Crusher Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with using a crusher
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Movement of mobile powered plant
· Working near live overhead powerlines
· Working near live underground services
Additional controls are included for job planning, checking existing environment for hazards, site plant mobilisation, positioning of crusher – Impact or jaw, use of excavator to load crusher, shutting down maintenance/refuelling, environmental hazards and emergency situations.
