This Installation of Board Piers Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with the Intallation of Bored Piers.
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Movement of powered plant
· Working near live overhead powerlines
· Working near live underground services
Additional controls are included for job planning, checking existing environment for hazards, site plant mobilisation, marking out excavation areas, using plant to excavate, drilling bored piers, removal of excess material, placement of reinforcement cage, placement of concrete, plant refuelling, environmental hazards and emergency situations.
