This Operation of Material Hoist Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with using a material hoist.
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Working at heights greater than 2m
Additional controls are included for checking work environment for existing hazards, manual handling, slips, trips and falls, delivery and unloading equipment and materials, use of materials hoist, emergency situations and exposure to harmful weather conditions.
