Description
This Subsurface Plumbing Works Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with subsurface plumbing.
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Movement of mobile powered plant
· Working near overhead live electricity lines and underground services such as electricity cables or gas pipelines
· Working adjacent to roadways
· Working in trenches greater than 1.5m
Additional controls are included for manual handling, use of power tools, exposure to noise, lifting operations, slips, trips & falls, exposure to harmful weather conditions and emergency situations.
