This Servicing Diesel Powered Equipment Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with servicing diesel powered equipment.
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Movement of mobile powered plant
· Working near live overhead powerlines
Additional controls are included for job planning, checking existing environment for hazards, site plant mobilisation, cleaning plant, inspecting plant, test run plant, refuelling plant, handling equipment and tools, environmental hazards, cleaning up and emergency situations.
