This Operation of a Franna Crane Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with use of a franna crane for general lifts.
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Movement of mobile powered plant
· Working near live overhead powerlines
Additional controls are included for daily checks of the crane, check of rigging gear, access the task requirements, travelling to the job location, check access to location, job site hazards, check communication, weather conditions, set up crane, hooking up, lifting and lowering loads and emergency situations.
