This Installation of Pre-Fab Drains Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with installing pre-fabricated drains
This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:
· Working in excavations greater than 1.5m
· Working near live overhead powerlines
· Working near live underground services
· Working at heights greater than 2m
Additional controls are included for job planning, checking existing environment for hazards, unloading of materials & equipment, installing pre-fabricated drains, rough in and fixing pipe work, installing downpipes on balconies, storage of glues and solvents, environmental conditions and emergency situations.
