General Lifts Using Mobile Crane SWMS

Description

This General Lifts Using Mobile Crane Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) covers hazards and controls associated with carrying out lifts using a mobile crane.

This SWMS covers High-Risk Construction Work (HRCW) controls related to:

·          Movement of mobile powered plant

·          Working near live overhead powerlines

Additional controls are included for daily checks of the crane, check of rigging gear, access the task requirements, travelling to the job location, check access to location, job site hazards, check communication, weather conditions, set up crane, hooking up or lifting loads and emergency situations.
